Fredrick Zydek's work has appeared in The Antioch Review, The Hollins Critic, The Michigan's Quarterly Review, Poetry and hundreds of other journals and reviews. He taught for many years at the University of Nebraska and the College of Saint Mary. Mr. Zydek has given readings in academic and secular circles all over the US and Canada. Retired, he currently divides his time between his home in Omaha and a farm in Brunswick, Nebraksa. He lives with his life companion, three adopted sons with retardation, three dogs and a cat named Felix. This is his ninth collection of poems.
